How to Convert Your Video by Using CapCut？(Please read the instruction manual carefully before use)
- Step1: Prepare a Windows PC, open CapCut, and import your video (NOTE: MAC computers are NOT support )
- Step 2: Set aspect ratio to 1:1, drag to scal the video until fill the frame
- Step3: In Export settings, choose resolution 480*480 and MP4 format.
Video Orb Fails to Connect to Computer?????????
if the connection is loose, try a different USB port on your computer oruse a different USB cable. Please note that it may take 1-2 seconds for your computer to recognize the Orb as a removable disk.
Note: if press too long, the ball will shows video directly, pls turn off the ball ,then connect the USB again , press the button about 1-2seconds
NOTE: DON’T USE USB hub or docking station
